Place ice in a beverage shaker then add in 6 ounces of light rum, 12 broken up mint sprigs, 6 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 2 tablespoons sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in a high ball glass. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime and an additional sprig of mint.
